Arx

Arx is an artificial world, a massive city-planet built to serve as the capital of the Civil Concordance. Its initial construction is shrouded in legend, with some claiming it as an abandoned relic of the Precursors, while others claim it was forged by the Ultra Magi itself. Arx straddles a tidal zone between normal and fluidic space, on the shores of the dark matter sea known as The Deep. straddling a tidal zone between normal and dark matter fluidic space. The planet draws upon this vast fuel supply to power robust defenses, distant comms arrays, and the most prominent resident of Arx: the Ultra Magi itself.
