What kind of materials do you use?

We use a plant based resin made from soybeans for almost all of our products which has No VOC, no BPA, no irritating and harmful chemical substances in line with EN 71-3:2013 safety standards.

All of our soft goods are made from recycled materials.

for things in our warehouse section we use high caliber PLA.


How long does it take for my order to ship?

Please allow 2-4 weeks for you order to be prepared and then shipped. All goods are made to order and may take more time during busy seasons. If you have any questions or concerns regarding an order or a future order, please contact us via the contact page. If we foresee any major delays, we will reach out to the email address attached to your order.


Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide to any country that is accepting post from the US. Some countries have restrictions due to covid.

As of July 1st, 2021, all EU and UK customers will have to pay additional VAT taxes and service fees incurred at your country’s custom offices, no matter the package value.

DTG Figures will not be collecting or processing VAT taxes. What this means: when your package reaches your country it may be held in customs (up to 2 weeks) and you may be charged an additional tax on your items. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine any extra costs prior to purchase.

DTG Figures is not responsible for any additional taxes/charges/fees applied after purchase. You are responsible for knowing the rates and taking care of any additional fees owed to your country. Refunds will not be issued for items returned due to VAT tax not being paid.

All orders are marked as Merchandise.


Do you sell your 3D files?

Our 3D files are not available for purchase.


How Do you make armor/weapons?

All of our retail armor pieces are designed using the sculpting programs: Zbrush, and Rhinoceros 3D . Models are then printed in high quality light sensitive resin.


What base figure do you recommend for your armor?

Armor pieces are primarily designed for smaller articulated bodies, such as Damtoys, or 3A, but will fit onto other figures such as Black Series or marvel legends.


What paint do you recommend?

We recommend trying different brands of model paint to see what best suits your needs. Some good options to start out with are Citadel, Tamiya, or Vallejo. Each brand applies a little bit differently so it truly depends on what you are looking for. We use all three and some other random paints depending on the project.


Do you offer goods in 1/18 and 1/6 scale?

We don’t currently offer 1/18 or 1/6 scale, but we are working to make that happen! If you see something you would like in a different scale, please contact us and we can see about making it happen!
